Are you available throughout Belgium?
We are based in Bonheiden (2820), but we operate throughout Belgium. We clean your furniture on-site using our professional equipment.
Will the floor get wet?
We do our utmost to prevent this and work with great care. The floor is always cleaned after the job is done. We take care not only of your furniture but also of the surrounding interior.
How long does the drying process take?
On average, it can take up to 24 hours, but this may vary. Heat accelerates the process, so turning on the heating or a fireplace can help speed up the drying of the furniture.
How long does the cleaning process take?
This depends on the size of your sofa, the number of seats in your car, or the dimensions of your carpet. Other factors, such as the type of stains, also play a role. On average, it takes between one and two hours per job.
Can all stains be removed?
The success of our treatment depends on several factors, such as the age of the stains, the material of the furniture, and the cause of the stain. About 90% of all stains can be removed, but we cannot guarantee complete removal. Wear and tear cannot be repaired by us.
Can all odors be removed?
We do our best to effectively remove odors, but the success of odor removal depends on various factors, such as the type of odor, the material of the furniture, and how long the odor has been present. In most cases, we can significantly reduce or eliminate unpleasant odors, but we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all odors.
